Wide Format Laminating

Our range of Wide Format Laminators are designed to perform and built to last. Their advanced features allow you to laminate and mount and encapsulate in widths up to 1,600mm.

Unlike other types of laminating machines which use heat to activate the glue in the film. Wide format laminators use pressure sensitive films which the glue is permanently active. Most models do incorporate a heater on the top roller which heats the roller to around 40 or 50 Degrees C. This is known as heat assist and is utilised to speed up the curing process. But also for removing the gassing or silvering effect you can get when applying cold laminating films.

These types of Laminating Machines are commonly used in the Exhibition Graphics and Signage Markets to create everything from roller banners to fully customised exhibition stands.
